Problem: Do I need a serial number? How do I use a serial number? Solution: You can add a new plug-in license to your customer account by using a serial number. Once your new plug-in license is added, authorization by challenge-response and iLok will be available. If you purchased a boxed, retail copy of a plug-in, a serial number should be included with your purchase, usually somewhere in the box. Serial numbers will look like a hyphenated string of numbers and letters, starting with the characters: "SN-" Once you have your serial number on hand, please login to your iZotope customer account. Within your iZotope account, just select the "Serial Number" page from the menu at left, and enter your serial number at the prompt. Once your serial number is entered, your purchased plug-in should appear on your account's "Activate Software" page, and you will be free to authorize.
